EAL Certified Level II Advanced: 500 hours submitted for approval of logged and journaled data on your own EAL program. Must be able to exemplify competence modifying, conducting and facilitating an EAL exercise. Eg: how did you established your program, what was your program objective, what did you focus on through your participant's evaluation process, (documented behavioral changes), etc.  It’s not as much about the number of hourly requirements, as it is about your program and the process by which you worked through it.  Your (journey) log will confirm, that you have thought through every aspect.  When you do, you will have cross referenced, evaluated, thought out, made decisions, made changes, altered midstream, juggled exercises, observed participants, analyzed who did what, why, and how, etc.  When you do it, “all on your own”, you will come to realize the true value of your EAL program. You will also understand the responsibility you have to the vulnerability of the participants you facilitate.  You will have the ability to market your program from a different perspective and facilitate from that same perspective.  That's what makes the difference between a certified level I program and a certified level II advanced program.
