The Cartier Equine Center's
EAL Level I course will
provide you with personal assistance, information, experience, course
materials and proven exercises necessary for you to start facilitating
from the comfort of your own equine facility (or as a social service
director partner with an equine specialist). Cartier Equine Learning
Center professionals will guide you through each component of this
comprehensive BuildingBlock™ Certified Equine-Assisted Learning Course©
to find personal success.
Some of you will learn how
to become a competent
equine-assisted facilitator, others will learn how to build onto your
professional facilitation skills and behavior specialists will choose
to partner with an equine specialist and split the facilitation
responsibilities. Regardless how you choose to structure your
equine-assisted learning business - everyone will realize and benefit
from EAL's natural benefits.
When you enroll in the
Cartier Equine Center's Level I
course will not only provide you with an opportunity to learn how to
implement your own
equine-assisted program from a highly qualified team of experts but you
will also have the opportunity to personally observe how important
timing, patience, observation, pace, pressure, release, background,
environment and space is to effective facilitation. You will also learn
the valuable skills necessary to develop and modify your own program
exercises as well as learn of the critical nature of marketing EAL. As
a bonus, at the end of each training session you will have the benefit
of an extended question/answer session that will provide you an
opportunity to gain additional insight and perspective to
equine-assisted learning from those who currently make a successful
living by facilitating youth/adults through EAL exercises.
