Certified EAL Program Outline

EAL Certified Level I:

is a seven week course, providing a foundation of understanding of equine-assisted learning facilitation skills; information necessary for participants to be able to return and implement an EAL program; graduating participants must complete an original EAL exercise and be able to exhibit a competent level of facilitation proficiency.

EAL Certified Level II Advanced: Participants are encouraged to journal 500 hours and submit the data for approval of facilitating their own EAL program; it is designed to make one "think through the development process";  more than taking a set curriculum and going through the motions, it takes participants to a different level of understanding.  Followed by a proficiency exam: participants must be able to exemplify competence modifying, conducting and facilitating an EAL exercise.

EAL Certified Level III Master: is a five day advanced level course, providing participants with additional knowledge about their individual EAL program's potential.  By providing an inside look into better  understanding the client, it teaches specialists how to specifically facilitate to the need; it also discusses the EAL Formula and it's success rate of consistent predictability, as well as how to get the money.  The course is presented for the most part by hand picked experts in their field (corrections, law enforcement, rehabilitation programs, leadership development, executive leadership programs, pilot project development and successfully applying for government funding) Participants are then encouraged to journal 100 hours and submit the data for approval of facilitating the more demanding participant and/or corporate leadership program.  Followed by a proficiency exam: participants must be able to exemplify competence conducting and facilitating an EAL behavioral modification youth exercise or executive leadership workshop.
